honey lovers. It has a light to medium colour, depending on local rainfalls, and a rich flavor with
hints of caramel, warm spices and butterscotch. The Sourwood honey is a more sophisticated
choice for table honey, and it is also great for glazes. Moreover, due to its rich flavor, it can be
successfully mixed with cinnamon in different baked goods recipes.

Orange blossom variety
This variety can be pure or it can be mixed with nectar from citrus flowers. Due to its light citrus
