I would normally have it for breakfast as a part of a smoothie.
First you need to juice pineapple, celery and spinach.When you’ve done that you need a blender. I use a Vitamix , which does a great job , but most blenders will do the work. Pour the juice in the blender and add one avocado and a tea spoon of spirulina . Then blend it for abot 30 seconds to a minute or so. Serve on ice and enjoy the fruity freshness.
