Breathing happens naturally, effortlessly and it is “the blessing ” of Life.

Master Petar Danov teaches, that everything can be cured with breathing. When you think good nourishing thought with every breath you are nourishing your soul. Your energy becomes richer and brighter and you are more open and present.

So starting today give yourself 5-10 minutes of deep conscious breathing-it will give a oxygen boost, take the tension away and feel you with calmness.

Thank you so much for visiting my site. I am so glad to share with you part of my journey and what I have learned so far about wellness, compassion and blogging.  I was born and raised  in Bulgaria (a small country in  Eastern Europe). I moved to Northern Ireland when I was 22 years old full of hope, big dreams and an adventurous spirit. I am the mother of three wonderful young boys and although, I am very grateful for each lesson I've learned in my life, I wish that some things might have happened sooner, but everything has it’s place and everything that is  worthwhile is not always easy.     Today, I am a successful Vegan Blogger  and founder of Mother Nature Loves You brand. It's natural to do what you love and to love what you do! Start today!
