Spirulina ! Today I would like to talk about spirulina. One of the oldest life forms on Earth, spirulina is a blue-green microalgae that helped produce the oxygen in our atmosphere billions of years ago so that other life forms could appear.
This is one of the most amazing creations of Mother Nature. It is ranked as high as oxygen as you can survive on spirulina and water alone !!!
I would like to share with you some the amazing benefits this plant has. I got introduced to spirulina just over an yaer ago and ever since I have a constant supply of it in my kitchen cupboard. The best way to take it and especially to give it to kids is when is added to a smoothie. Even if it has quite a strong taste when mixed with all the other goodies it is hard to notice. Always get the organic 100% pure algae.Very simple tip is to always read the label on anything, that you are buying .
The reason I picked it is because I felt uncomfortable and I needed something to make myself feel light and better again. So just took a glass of filtered water and added about a quarter of a tea spoon of spirulina in it . Whit in minutes I felt like I had a internal shower. This is a very easy way to give yourself an energy boost as well if you feel low .
