Raw Food Detox,Why Raw Food?

Raw Vegan Detox Day 16 –

Today is day 16 of my raw vegan detox .I am posting this from my phone and it will be short and sweet. I am visiting family and we are having a little party. No particular reason ,just because we are together. Here is the fire lit up and lots of tea in my cup.

There is nothing I can compare to the light and the warmth from a fire. Its trully lovely.
Earlier today we went out for lunch.I was so lucky today.This was my first eating out since I am doing the detox and it turned out perfect.My little feast started with a plate with melon and watermelon.It was yummy.Then I had 2 servings of this salad .

Lettuce,cucumber,tomato,carrots,pak choi,peppers,bean sprouts,onions,leeks .All raw and freshly cut. I was so surprised and happy,but then again I do belive,that you always find what you are looking for.
