LIVE, LIFE & VEGAN: BECAUSE YOU GIVE A S*@$: Light and Healthy ways to enjoy vegan recipes at any time of the day

Rose Loh, vegan author

Meet Rose Loh, the author of LIVE, LIFE & VEGAN: BECAUSE YOU GIVE A S*@$, which was published a few days ago. The book offers a collection of light and healthy ways to enjoy vegan recipes.

It is very easy to be vegan, especially if you start with the right cookbooks. Rosa Loh has created a lovely collection with some fantastic vegan recipes. I got a chance to ask Rosa a few questions and I would love to share them with you.

 1. Which is your favourite kitchen tool? My ultimate favorite is the SteeL Garlic Press. I love to cook with garlic. And secondly Prepworks from Progressive International GPC-4000 Fruit and Vegetable Chopper, which is easy and convenient!

2.What are your vegan cupboard/pantry essentials? My pantry essentials would be black beans, brown rice, quinoa pasta, almond flour, cashews, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, cranberries, organic pure cane sugar, basil, bay leaves, cayenne, chili powder, sriracha (my fav!), chipotle, lemon pepper, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic (dark).

Vegan Buritto
3.What do you make when you are starving? When I’m starving I like to create my vegetable burrito. I use black beans, chopped onions, red and green peppers, jalapeno, fresh cilantro, avocado, cheese (depending on the day), less than a half of cup of corn, dipped in sriracha sauce.
4.Who is your culinary inspiration? My culinary inspiration would be my younger sister who passed away a few months ago. She is the one who started this greatness!
5.What is your best kept kitchen secret? Wouldn’t be a secret if I told ! 🙂

Thank you so much for visiting my site. I was born and raised in Bulgaria (a small country in  Eastern Europe). I moved to Northern Ireland when I was 22 years old, full of hope, big dreams and an adventurous spirit. I am the mother of four wonderful boys and although I am very grateful for each lesson I've learned in my life, I wish that some things might have happened sooner, but everything has it’s place and everything that is  worthwhile is not always easy.  I want to connect with you. Get in touch.
