“Am I good enough? ”

Ivelina  —  May 16, 2012

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have moments where I would compare myself to others to the point of being critical and insecure. Is that feeling that you want to be accepted just as you are and sometimes in order to get there we forget, that the only person that has to accept you is You. stop comparing yourself to others

This is something, that we do  without even thinking about it. When I was a little girl I used to get a lot of attention by being “good ” and ” listening to what I am told”.As I grew up I realised that you have to draw a line. By learning to say “no” and stop thinking “am I good enough?” I rediscovered the beauty of being authentic.Since then I am experiencing freedom and happiness like never before.

I would sometimes compare myself to past successes , past body shapes, past places I have been or other similar things. What a waste of time. Change is the only sure thing in life.

You are unique and special just the way you are.

Only when you stop comparing yourself to others you can  begin to love yourself.

You are amazing, just the way you are.

Thank you so much for visiting my site. I am so glad to share with you part of my journey and what I have learned so far about wellness, compassion and blogging.  I was born and raised  in Bulgaria (a small country in  Eastern Europe). I moved to Northern Ireland when I was 22 years old full of hope, big dreams and an adventurous spirit. I am the mother of three wonderful young boys and although, I am very grateful for each lesson I've learned in my life, I wish that some things might have happened sooner, but everything has it’s place and everything that is  worthwhile is not always easy.     Today, I am a successful Vegan Blogger  and founder of Mother Nature Loves You brand. It's natural to do what you love and to love what you do! Start today!
