Getting up in the morning when my mind is clear and fresh is my favourite time of the day. I love every day, but the morning is very special. This is the time when I think with my heart and discuss things. This is the time when I feel the two sides of me and I am happy to hold two totally different opinions about something and let my heart guide me. I wasn’t always like this.
There were times in my life when I lived in my head and all I wanted was to be right and to control. Now I know, that I can not control the uncontrollable.B y not resisting the reality of what is and loving it I put myself into a very peaceful place. Yes, every day has its challenges, but as long as I keep the peace on the back of my mind and the love in my heart I can deal with anything.
Life exists in the perfect balance of the duality of things and non-things. Let it be and let Love. Have a wonderful day.

IT usually wakes me at 3 or 4 in the morn and I haven’t been one to always listen and found it quite “annoying” and ‘in my way’. But when I started to watch and listen, well, we know the rest..
