I saw an advert today of Kim Cattrall playing on a Nintendo 3DS, not any other game but the Mario 3D Land. Most people, including myself, know her from “Sex and the city”-this wonderful fake perfection.

To be honest I do like game consoles. My boys do have Mario 3D land I have recently learned to play it. It is great fun I have to say. Some say that we are truly happy when we play like little children. Having fun is an everlasting activity and a brilliant stress relief. When you play a game you have to live in the moment. The more present you are , the more enjoyable the game will be for you.
There are million different kinds of games, that you can play. Just use your imagination.You can turn nearly everything into a game-just set up a few rules and know what is the price you have to pay if you brake them.
It is not what you play is the way you do it. Dive into it fully!
Yesterday while we were having dinner the boys said let’s see who will be silent for longer . It was such fun even it might not be very safe to laugh so much during dinner time. Laughing as well as having fun is an instant medicine and an energy boost.
When there are jokes, fun and laugh life is a game. Make the most of it while you can. Take every opportunity to be present. And if playing Mario 3D land is your thing-go for it!
