Becoming Vegan,Everything is Energy

From Vegetarian to Vegan

Today is the day.I am going vegan. I have seen many videos and movies regarding food , being vegan and cruelty in the factory farming.from vegetarian to vegan

While watching it I thought I do not eat meat-I am doing what I can. In the last few weeks I have been very conscious of the feta cheese I have been eating in my tomato salad. Even if it is made of sheep’s and goats milk.It does matter , that that milk belongs to the little lamb or kid. I feel very overwhelmed by the information and this evening I made a decision to stop eating or using all animal produce. As a vegetarian I have been “flirting” with vegan food. I really want to make a difference .Would love to  share my experience with you.
Here are my top 7 reason for going Vegan :
1.Eating meat is a learned habit and it can be un-learned
2.There is an overwhelming research and proof, that is healthier
3.Using animals cause pain
4.You feed more people on a plant based diet
5.Chickens suffer in a cage, baby cows are separated from their mother , pigs are boxed and so on-it doesn’t have to be this way
6.I will teach my children how to be more consious of what they eat and hopefully help them join me in their own time
7.Because I do believe in the connectivity of all things and there is no reason to take part in any unnecessary suffering or killing

So I feel relieved and I am looking forward to take this path.
