A very well known rule for your eating habits

If you had to follow just one rule for your eating habits let it be EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY ! Do not just eat for the sake of it or because everyone around you is eating.

you are what you eat

Sometimes people will literally shovell food down their throats , just to ” get it over with”. If that is the case you would be better not eating at all.

Treat your food with respect and enjoy every bite of it. The evidence that you are what you eat is very convincing and I would like to add, that it is not just what you eat  , but also how you eat .

So love your body and love your food!
