Raw Vegan Detox-Day 1

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step” . 

Its so easy to start something no matter what it is. Everybody can start anything with a single step. Today was day one from the raw vegan detox and it went well. Very smooth and relaxed. It was a nice sunny day and that gave me some extra energy to enjoy the day.

I made a very short video from my kitchen and I am very happy to share it with you.

 

And here is what you need for the salad

1/3 red cabbage
1 small beetroot
a handful of spinach
a handful of rocket salad
1 medium carrot
a small bowl of red kidney beans sprouts
2 small bowls of chick peace sprouts

Chop all the vegetables and add the sprouts

For the dressing
small cup of soaked wild nettle
50g of soaked sunflower seeds
juice from 1 lemon
1 stick of celery

Put them all in a blender and bled for about just over a minute.

Mix well and enjoy.

I was gonna eat the whole lot of salad, but I did find it very filling and had to stop.

My first thoughts on the raw vegan detox are , that once you set your mind onto something you are unstopable. Well this is only day one, so let see how it feels in the days to come.
